The Spending Game  gives you the ability to set an Independent Tax Rate for any account that deals with taxation.  This allows you to set the rules for the account only, and not effect Global taxation settings.

CAUTION: It is important to note that once the setting is made, any changes to the Global taxation settings will not extend to any account with ITR checked.
