I have renewed, but my software says I am Expired

If your annual renewal date has recently passed and your Desktop Software is telling you that you are expired, there is a good chance you simply need to run the License Wizard to update the license at your machine.  This app will reach out to our activation server and verify your subscription status.  Please  watch the video below to see the steps to run the wizard.  If you continue to have issues, please call the hotline!
