NextGen Login Error Messages Explained

Please note, to have access to NextGen software, you must have a PRO level membership.  Your membership level is indicated on the members website dashboard.

  • Invalid Username. Please try again or contact us at support@moneytrax.com
    • Your username is incorrect, please try again with your correct username, which is the same as your members website username.
  • Invalid Password. Please try again or contact us at support@moneytrax.com
    • Your password is incorrect (your username is correct if you get this error).  Please try again with the correct password, which is the same as your members website username.  
  • Login Disabled. We need your logo and photo. Please send to support@moneytrax.com
    • You have not yet had your NextGen software activated by sending our support team your head-shot photo and company logo. Click here for more details.
