- It may be best to reset your computer cache by rebooting. I tested the login with the internet.
The next issue we always check is to be sure you do not already have the software open. It cannot open twice via the icon. You can hit ATL + Tab tosee if COW is open. This issue is for the desktop software.
By chance are you using the internet or your desktop? If it is desktop we do have a manual reset feature that can help. Just in case its the desktop version the trick on the sign in page is to click the LOGIN word twice, then the lock once.
That pops up the Reset DB login but this only works if you verify the software is closed.
