1. Open the Circle of Wealth® software and Login.

2. Click on your headshot. This is located on the top right-hand corner of the software. See below.

3. In the drop down, click on "Settings". See below.

4. To the right of "Target Culture", click on the drop down. See below.

5. Select the correct target culture you want. See below.

6. Click "Save". See below.

7. Click on dashboard. See below.

8. For Canadians: You will see the maple leaf located on the top left-hand part of the screen. This how you can confirm the settings were saved correctly. See below.

 

Update OCQ (Online Confidential Questionnaire) Settings with Target Culture: Canada

If you use the OCQ (Online Confidential Questionnaire), you also need to update the OCQ Portal Management Settings to reflect target culture Canada.  This must be done AFTER you switch your software's Settings to  target culture Canada (as indicated with the steps above).

1. To access the OCG management portal, go to the Contact Dashboard:

 

2. Next, click on the button for the Online CQ / Import File and select Online CQ:

 

3. Once the Online CQ management portal opens, click Settings:

 

4. You do not need to make any changes on this page, simply click Save Changes and OCQ Portal culture will be set to Canada:
